Back in January, I became an avid cyclist who cherished my trusty bike, the Mukkpet Suburban. The Mukkpet is a sleek and powerful electric bike with a dark green frame. I took great pride in its sleek design and impressive features. The Mukkpet Suburban was my go-to ride for daily commutes to work and leisurely rides on weekends. With nearly 350 miles, it had seen it all – from bustling city streets to scenic country roads.
When I ordered the Mukkpet Suburban, it promised a 40-mile range per charge. I soon came to the realization that it wasn’t true. Due to my weight, I could only get half of that. As a result, an extended ride to explore the nearby countryside wouldn’t happen.
All of my trips had to be planned out and needed to be under 20 miles. Despite this limitation, the feeling was still great – with the sun shining bright, the gentle kiss of the wind, and the breathtaking scenery. I felt invigorated as I rode along, tasting the newfound sense of freedom.
But as I reflected on my experiences with Mukkpet Suburban, I couldn’t help but smile at the irony. From then on, I came to appreciate Mukkpet Suburban for what it was meant to be – a reliable companion for shorter adventures. I thought I’d found my perfect companion in Mukkpet Suburban, but in reality, it was just a good backup plan waiting to happen. From then on, I vowed to appreciate Mukkpet Suburban for what it truly was – a reliable sidekick for shorter adventures.
With this newfound appreciation for its limitations, I began thinking about how I could improve my trusty bike. First and foremost, I knew that its battery needed an upgrade. Typically, I exhaust the battery within a few miles of riding, which leaves me without enough power to complete my daily tasks. A new battery that provides more power and a longer range would greatly alleviate this issue. Additionally, I believe upgrading the brakes would be a crucial step. The Mukkpet comes with mechanical disc brakes, which are decent but not ideal for safety. In wet or slippery conditions, hydraulic disc brakes would provide better stopping power and control. By upgrading both the battery and brakes, I believe I can enjoy a safer and more convenient ride.
